"I found this little farm whilst riding by regularly on my bike. Taking a break to drink from my water bottle whilst admiring the view, the pigs would always take an interest in my prescence. First I bought the eggs, then the pork, gammons, bacon and sausages, and the lamb. Its all delicious, and I know exactly where it comes from, an idyllic spot right on the spectacular Chiltern Hills run by Jed and Emma who care for their animals and care about the quality of their produce. I can't recommend Blue Tin too highly. The Darling Buds of May still lives in South Oxfordshire. It's pirfict! "

Only meat from our farm – only produce from our locality

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Chilterns, Blue Tin Produce farm shop supplies our customers with a selection of truly local produce alongside our fabulous free range meat.

The only meat we sell on the farm is meat that has been reared by us on our farm with the exception of the seasonal turkeys. We have free range rare breed pork, lamb and increasingly popular mutton as well as handmade sausages, smoked and unsmoked bacon, gammons, pork & apple hamburgers – not forgetting our free range eggs.

Preserves, chutneys, jams and cakes

Due to demand from our customers, we have recently added our own homemade preserves, pickles, chutneys and jams to our range again with the primary ingredients being sourced from the farm. So not only do our pork and lamb come direct from the farm but so do the apple and mint sauces; the lamb and the mint sauce etc. There are delicious homemade fruitcakes and ginger cakes amongst other bakery items to buy, take home and pretend you made them yourself!

Pots, cards and candlesticks

We also have some small gift ideas including handmade cards and candlesticks and our very own local potter who creates beautiful handmade pieces for us and you! There are many other tempting items on offer but if it's too difficult to choose we also have Blue Tin Produce Gift Vouchers that make an excellent present for a foodie friend.

Fortnightly meat box delivery service

We have a meat box delivery scheme due to popular request. Three sizes are available all containing pork, lamb and mutton which will vary depending on availability. If there is something that you absolutely do not require, please let us know and we will happily substitute another item where possible. Our delivery day by arrangement is normally Thursday afternoons / evenings with collection available from the shop on Fridays and Saturdays.
