Wow…as farmers and chief rearers we thought it was only fair in the name of quality control to sample our latest free range pork, fresh in for this weekend (all in the name of customer satisfaction you understand!)
Well this is the thing – it’s sublimely good!
Boned rolled shoulders, thick cut chops, pork belly, leg on the bone, mince, sausagemeat and original sausages. With one of our favourite local chefs having collected his order for their next pop up night (see below), you know you’re in great company taste wise! Pop in or phone ahead to reserve your weekend roast!
