On behalf of ourselves and the awesome team at Cuxham Mill, we would like to say an enormous thank you to the wonderful guests who took a chance on this first event and judging by the feedback will be coming back for the next one!
Pre-dinner was all about prosecco and tractor rides to secret locations for canapes and the fabulous gin tasting from Twisting Spirits. Dinner was another 6 courses of truly spectacular food, reared and grown by Blue Tin then prepped and cooked by Andrew Hill and the team from Cuxham Mill, much of which was finished on Farmer Jed’s smoker – a true combo of fine dining and rustic al fresco cooking – the results were quite incredible. We were all so proud of the evening and very thrilled to have had such marvelous diners who made it such a success – thank you!
