Eyecatching cooking for weddings, festivals and events!
Summertime is an incredibly busy time of year for us as we have found ourselves undertaking more and more food and music festivals as well as private events and weddings. We cook spit roast pork, lamb and Dexter beef on Argentinian spits which are a very visual and awesome centrepiece to a function; we barbecue, we do breakfast and we host a brilliant posh burger shack.
Most recently however is the latest Caracatus Potts invention by Jed himself… The Smokin’ Beeftruck. Designed to slow hot smoke our Dexter briskets and flanks over cherry wood and to be served in brioche rolls with horseradish, slaw and mustard! Beer can chicken and ribs also make an appearance and we’re still researching!
Large parties catered for
We can cater for any size of party from 40 upwards. Generally a whole lamb will feed 40 people, a pig will do up to 160 and the barbecue, burgers and smoker are infinite.
